We can go back to 1996, when quartz countertops were a new idea and probably a dream. Solid surfaces was the preferred countertop material and granite was rarely considered because of cost.
Along came the revolution and we are proud to say that we were part of this evolution!
Today quartz and granite are the preferred countertop materials, the technology for quartz countertops has been highly developed and the offering of colors and textures is countless. Granite distribution has also improved, and the selection and prices are many.
Mario Cuevas, the founder of Enhancing Surfaces, is considered a pioneer of quartz countertops not only in Minnesota but throughout North America. Mario has been involved in more than 20,000 countertop projects, including residential, commercial, builder, medical, office and multi-residential. Most importantly, considering that no two projects are alike, his experience has provided us the expertise that we offer our customers.
At the end of 2018, Mario decided to begin a new venture that would allow for a closer relationship with customers. With Enhancing Surfaces, we are able to offer our stone countertop expertise!
